We had found roaches in the bathroom.

Staff was good. room had a very nice view. But had roaches in the bathroom sink area crawling around.

Very modern room with kitchenette, clean.
Really ugly exterior.

From the exterior, hotel looks like an old, ugly stucco Motel 6. Have to climb concrete stairs to get to 2nd floor. No charm at all. Actual room was updated nicely, nice kitchen, modern baths, floors were ceramic tile so kind of cold but the room was really nice. I had a bad view, a patch of grass that looked on to ugly clay tennis courts that don't get used because they haven't been kept up. ...read more

Gated - beautiful pool area - restaurant overlooked tennis courts.
Bed may have had bugs - I slept on top of blanket

Nice resort for tennis players. I am recommending this resort to my tennis friends. I am still concerned about uncomfortable sheets that made me feel "buggy" so much so that I slept on top of the blanket. Bugs were very tiny that we thought were on the sheets. We were only there for 1 night & it was late so did not ask to be moved. ...read more

The pool was nice. Rooms were clean. Good sized rooms.
It was too far from downtown Palm Springs. The grounds were too quiet and uninviting. Didn't really get the resort feel.

Unique experience with tennis.
Air conditioner in room barely worked.

We enjoyed staying at the resort and watching the tennis players. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Only complaint was that the air conditioner in the room did not work very well, and we were there when the temperature was relatively cool. ...read more

Everything was exceptionally clean and set up great.
Nothing, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Everything was convenient (stores, shopping). Very nice quiet area, everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and have nothing negative to say whatsoever.

The pool.
Disappointed in room, it was clean but no carpet, did not smell fresh.

This hotel is nice in appearance on outside yard work kept up, I have stayed in other rooms and seen others, I was just disappointed in the room. I received no carpet, very loud air-conditioner, could not sleep with it on, I liked the very big pool, your staff was nice. They really need to change that air-conditioning unit from that wall, I was impressed with the bathroom very clean, no scum! ...read more
